Wine Curator: Janine Sacco is one of the rising stars of Connecticut’s wine scene.  After working in some of New York and Connecticut’s more storied restaurants [Eleven Madison Park, Gotham Bar and Grill, Jean-Georges, Union League Café, etc], she made her formal entry into the world of fine wine as the Wine Director of The Wine Thief in New Haven. She is an advanced sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers, a diploma candidate with the international testing body WSET, and a certified specialist in both spirits and sake. Currently she works for Skurnik Wine and Spirits as a sales representative.

As grapes were crushed and young wine fermented, the reality of Jonathan Edwards Winery truly began to take shape. Producing some of the best wines where each bottle has its own story.
